In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days after deliver day. In order to be eligible for a refund, item(s) must have original white tag intact and attached to item. If tag is not attached to item(s) in original condition, item(s) will be sent back to original shipping address.

Our team of professionals will inspect any item(s) sent back for return. If item(s) shows ANY TYPE OF WEAR, we will not process your refund and item(s) will be sent back to original shipping address.

When sending an item back for return, we recommend requiring a signature upon arrival. We are not responsible for the loss of any packages sent back to us. When returning, please make sure all items, packaging, and invoice are included.
